Balanced stay

The room was lovely. It had very comfortable beds and high quality linen. The hotel decor throughout was beautiful and I thought the staff were helpful! and friendly.
The breakfast was really poor. I experienced cold food and poor service. The food quality was poor too. I had better breakfasts elsewhere.

fabulous stay!

large roomfriendly staffhotel parkingpoor wifi
The large rooms had so much space and everything was clean. I really liked the excellent daily cleaning service! the staff were also always friendly and helpful, especially at reception. i also appreciated the hotel's great location with parking. it made getting around so easy!
the wifi barely worked in my room so i couldn't stream any movies.
Dining
9/10
breakfast was generous and the breakfast room is seriously elegant! the quality restaurant meals were just superb, and the staff were always very courteous. there are also two bars.
Facilities
10/10
i really enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and gym! the gardens are a fabulous feature, and the gigantic cedar tree takes centre stage. the hotel maintains and grooms them to a very high standard always.
Location
9/10
the location is perfect as it allows for a short stroll into the city centre through sydney gardens! although a 15-20 minute walk, it is nicely located in a park, so it's wonderfully quiet. it is close to the shops and attractions.
